5th Congress of the Association of African Historians

The 5th Congress of the Association of African Historians (AHA) took place from November 6 to 9, 2018 at the headquarters of the Felix Houphouet-Boigny Foundation for Peace Research of Yamoussoukro, in collaboration with the Universities of Cocody, Bouaké , Daloa and Korhogo.

Theme: "African history and its current issues"

This Congress saw the election of Professor Aka KOUAME (Ivorian) at the head of the AHA.

Conference: “Peace and National Reconciliation”

The Félix Houphouët-Boigny Foundation for Peace Research organizes on the occasion of the National Day of Peace and as part of the FHB Year 2018, a public conference on the theme; "Peace and National Reconciliation" on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 4 pm at its headquarters in Yamoussoukro.
